With strict controls of the Santa Fe style imposed by the surrounding development, the design provides an energy conscious and functional solution to the client’s needs. With 100,000sf of state-of-the-art office space, a food service and conference center, the facility is designed to take advantage of the wonderful New Mexico climate and its site by providing exterior courtyards, maximum views and natural day lighting. Passive and active water harvesting features will be utilized; roof rainwater will be collected and stored to irrigate the drought tolerant landscaping and pervious paving will be used in the parking lot. The project is LEED registered and expected to achieve LEED Gold under LEED-NC. |
