Riley and Shane, P.A. Attorneys at Law is a small law firm which specializes in various types of civil law cases.  After many years in a multi-story, multi-tenant office building, they decided construction of their own building would better represent their corporate identity.  A strong street presence was a top priority, and an available vacant parcel of land surrounded by existing office buildings provided a perfect opportunity to meet this goal.  The site is well above the street, facilitating excellent views and a commanding street presence.

The building is segmented into two parts by a large curved roof structure that incorporates the building’s reception area. This space has large spans of glass on the north and south ends and has bands of clerestory windows running along the length of the west and east facades. The western portion of the building houses all the offices and work spaces for the attorneys and support staff.  The eastern portion of the building houses the restrooms, utilities, break room and conference rooms.
