D/P/S uses a liturgical design consulting process that has three principle service phases of Preparation, Implementation, and Transition. Each of these three phrases are further divided into twelve sequential steps. This process has been formulated to optimize the achievement of a successful project. It is our experience that true project success occurs when parishioners know why decisions have been made and there is a high level of participation by parishioners. Strategies for communication are incorporated into all of the services we provide. However, during the entire project final decisions are made by an informed committee rather than being derived from any arbitrary circumstance. At the heart of our process is the belief that parishioners must first be grounded in prayer and desire spiritual growth.
