Eclipse Aviation Flight Simulator Facility

Eclipse Aviation, a personal aircraft aviation corporation, needed a building in which to train the pilots of the jet aircraft they design, certify, and produce in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Simulator Facility with supporting classrooms and office space became the first structure on the Eclipse Aviation Campus adjacent to the Double Eagle II Airport.  The building is equipped with support features to facilitate training including lounge areas, library and briefing rooms, office spaces and classrooms.  The showpiece of the building is the High Bay which contains the four full motion simulators.  Additional structural bays can be easily added to accommodate more simulators and their associated support spaces.
